The process is very simple and doesn't require any more time than a typical order IF you complete the process correctly. If you take a look at our Facebook page you will see many examples as they have been very popular lately. If you are interested in custom printed Kydex, please order your holster as normal but select "Custom Print" in the color selection box.
You can now upload your image directly into your order; you will see a box below your color choice titled "Click Here to Upload Image for Custom Print". If you click on the this area, you can choose your image from your computer or mobile device. Once your image is uploaded you can then proceed with your checkout. Please note that we CANNOT print licensed images.

A. Absolutely, PLEASE be sure to note any modifications you have in the special instructions.
Q. I would like the custom printed Kydex, but I don't see them in the color line up; how do I get this?
A. The custom prints are available and are considered custom work. These typically will cost between $10 and $20 to print. Q. Should is use thread locker on my hardware?
A. ALWAYS! Once you have you hardware set where you want it we always recommend thread locker on all hardware.
Q. How long will it take to get my holster?
A. Unlike many in the industry, we only take approximately 3-6 weeks to produce your gear. We work diligently to keep our wait times as short as possible without sacrificing our high quality standards; at times it may take longer depending on demand.
Q. It's been over the “approximate wait time” where is my gear?
A. Please keep in mind that delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee. Since the inception of Squared Away Customs, it is rare that we are late on our deliveries, but an increase in demand causing some back-up is a possibility. Please note that we have NEVER forgotten or missed an order; rest assured that your order will arrive shortly.
Q. My retention seems too tight, what can I do?
A. 95% of the time retention that may seem too tight can be resolved by wiping the inside of the holster with an oiled gun cloth. We recommend you do this every couple of weeks.
Q. Do you sell to wholesale accounts?
A. Yes! We have many wholesale accounts and are always happy to add more. You can request more information by emailing our Business Manager, Christen Lancaster at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. My gun is not in the drop down menu…can you still make me a holster?
A. We are adding molds weekly. If your gun is not listed, it may mean we have not had a chance to update the website. You can either email (email@example.com), or call (800.518.9591) to confirm that we can make your holster.
Q. Will my new holster wear my finish?
A. The inside of Kydex is as smooth as glass. When the firearm is inserted there is little to no movement; this drastically reduces the wear compared to leather or nylon. Please note that all holsters wear differently depending on how they are used by the customer.
Q. Do you make knife sheaths?
A. We sure do!!! We build a variety of custom gear and enjoy doing so!!! If you have an idea that you do not see on the website, simply call (800.518.9591) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to have your idea created.
